Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Aurelion Crypto ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our cryptocurrency investment platform and related services.

By checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box during registration, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or investment is prohibited
• You are not a U.S. person or resident (as Aurelion Crypto does not serve U.S. customers)
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access our investment services, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Secure password (minimum 6 characters)
• Legal first and last name
• Country of residence
• Phone number with country code
• Investment experience information (previous crypto investment history)
• Acknowledgment that you understand cryptocurrency investment risks

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate

We will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Never share your account credentials with anyone.

2.3 Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity and require additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Investment Plans

Aurelion Crypto offers three investment tiers with different return rates and minimum deposit requirements:

3.2 Return Calculation and Distribution

• Returns are calculated daily based on the investment amount and selected plan's ROI percentage
• Returns are credited to your account balance automatically every 24 hours
• Credited returns can be withdrawn immediately or reinvested for compound growth
• The calculation formula: Daily Return = Investment Amount × Daily ROI Percentage

3.3 Investment Withdrawal ("Pull Out")

You may close your investment at any time by using the "Pull Out" feature:

• Returns both your principal investment and all accumulated returns to your account balance
• Processed immediately upon confirmation
• The investment status changes to "Closed" and stops generating further returns
• Total value returned = Principal + (Daily ROI × Days Active)

3.4 No Guarantee of Returns

While our algorithmic trading system aims to generate the advertised returns, all cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:

• Investment returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Market conditions can significantly impact performance
• We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice

4.1 Accepted Cryptocurrencies

Aurelion Crypto accepts deposits in the following cryptocurrencies:

• USDT (Tether)
• BTC (Bitcoin)
• ETH (Ethereum)
• BNB (Binance Coin)
• SOL (Solana)
• ADA (Cardano)

4.2 Deposit Process

• Navigate to the "Deposit" tab in your dashboard
• Select your preferred cryptocurrency
• Enter the deposit amount in USD equivalent
• Submit your deposit request
• You will receive a wallet address for deposit
• Send the exact cryptocurrency amount to the provided address
• Wait for admin approval (typically within 24-48 hours)

4.3 Deposit Approval

All deposits require administrative approval before being credited to your account. This security measure helps prevent fraud and ensures compliance with AML/KYC regulations. Deposits are typically approved within 24-48 hours during business days.

4.4 Deposit Fees

Aurelion Crypto does not charge deposit fees. However, you are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with your cryptocurrency transactions.

4.5 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts correspond to your selected investment plan minimum. Deposits below plan minimums will not be credited until sufficient funds are received.

5.1 Trust Wallet Requirement

ALL WITHDRAWALS REQUIRE A VERIFIED TRUST WALLET. You must connect and verify your Trust Wallet before requesting any withdrawal.

5.2 Trust Wallet Verification Process

• Navigate to the "Wallet" tab in your dashboard
• Enter your Trust Wallet recovery phrase (12, 15, 18, 21, or 24 words)
• Submit for administrative review
• Wait for approval (typically 24-72 hours)
• Once approved, you can request withdrawals

5.3 Recovery Phrase Security

IMPORTANT: Your Trust Wallet recovery phrase is stored securely and encrypted. We will NEVER use your recovery phrase for any purpose other than processing withdrawal transactions to your wallet. Keep your recovery phrase private and never share it with anyone outside of our secure platform submission process.

5.4 Wallet Rejection

If your wallet submission is rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason. Common rejection reasons include:

• Invalid recovery phrase length
• Incorrect formatting or special characters
• Wallet associated with fraudulent activity
• Incomplete information

You may resubmit your wallet information after addressing the rejection reason.

5.5 Withdrawal Process

• Ensure your Trust Wallet is verified and approved
• Navigate to the "Withdraw" tab
• Enter the withdrawal amount (must not exceed available balance)
• Select your preferred cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, ADA)
• Submit withdrawal request
• Wait for administrative approval
• Funds will be transferred to your verified Trust Wallet

5.6 Withdrawal Restrictions and Blockchain Notices

In certain cases, withdrawals may be restricted due to blockchain network requirements or Trust Wallet eligibility criteria. If your withdrawal is rejected, you will receive a "Blockchain Notice" on your dashboard detailing:

• The reason for restriction
• Required transaction volume your Trust Wallet must complete to become eligible
• Instructions to resolve the issue

Example: "Please ensure you complete transactions up to $5,000 on your Trust Wallet before it can be eligible to receive the investment payout."

These requirements are imposed by blockchain networks to prevent fraud and ensure wallet authenticity. You must not attempt withdrawals again until meeting the specified requirements, as repeated attempts may result in loss of funds on the blockchain.

5.7 Withdrawal Processing Time

• Standard withdrawals: Processed within 24-48 hours of approval
• Large withdrawals (over $10,000): May require additional verification and take 3-5 business days
• Blockchain confirmation times vary by network congestion

5.8 Withdrawal Fees

Aurelion Crypto does not charge withdrawal fees. However, blockchain network fees (gas fees) will be deducted from your withdrawal amount to cover transaction costs.

5.9 Minimum Withdrawal

There is no minimum withdrawal amount. You may withdraw any available balance at any time, subject to blockchain network minimum transfer requirements.

6.1 Investment Risk

CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENT CARRIES SIGNIFICANT RISK. YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR INVESTED CAPITAL.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Advertised returns are targets and not guarantees
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• Aurelion Crypto is not liable for investment losses
• You invest at your own risk and responsibility
• You should only invest funds you can afford to lose

6.2 No Financial Advice

Aurelion Crypto does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information on our platform is for informational purposes only. You should consult with licensed financial advisors before making investment decisions.

6.3 Regulatory Changes

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency investment and trading.

6.4 Technical Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Our platform may experience downtime, errors, or technical issues
• Blockchain networks may experience delays or failures
• Smart contract vulnerabilities may exist
• Cyberattacks or security breaches may occur despite our security measures
• We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Share your account credentials with others
• Deposit funds originating from illegal sources
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any activity that disrupts platform operations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

8.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to comply with KYC/AML verification requests
• Unusual or suspicious account activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Breach of security protocols

8.2 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and contacting customer support. Active investments must be pulled out before account closure.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination:

• You will lose access to your account and dashboard
• Active investments will be automatically closed and returned to your balance
• You will have 30 days to withdraw your remaining balance
• After 30 days, unclaimed funds may be forfeited
• You must cease all use of our services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURELION CRYPTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any investment losses or missed profits
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Losses resulting from blockchain network failures or delays
• Cryptocurrency price volatility or market crashes
• Technical errors, bugs, or platform downtime
• Third-party service failures (including Trust Wallet)
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelion Crypto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your investment decisions and activities
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your actions or negligence
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

All content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, software, and design elements on the Aurelion Crypto platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any platform content without written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Frame or mirror any part of our platform on other websites

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction where Aurelion Crypto is registered.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with international arbitration rules.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
